How an Infrared Sauna Session Works
Step 1: Welcome & Preparation
When you arrive at Infrared Sauna Therapy Center , our friendly team will guide you to your private sauna room. You can wear light, comfortable clothing or a towel — whichever makes you feel most at ease.
Step 2: The Session
You’ll relax inside the infrared sauna for around 20–45 minutes, depending on your preference and experience level. The temperature is warm but comfortable, usually between 45°C and 65°C, allowing you to enjoy a deep sweat without feeling overwhelmed.
